TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. BACKGROUND

  1. The Client acknowledges that the Contractor possesses the requisite qualifications, experience, and capabilities to deliver services to the Client.
  2. The Contractor agrees to provide such services to the Client under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

  1. The Client engages the Contractor to deliver the following services (the “Services”):
  2. Event, wedding, party design, corporate installation, and rentals.
  3. The Services may encompass additional tasks agreed upon by both Parties, with the Contractor committed to providing such services.

3. TERM OF AGREEMENT

  1. The Agreement’s term (“Term”) commences on the agreement date and extends until the Services’ completion.
  2. Initial deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (20% of the total balance as stated in the quote).
  3. A 30-day notice is required for changes to the event date, theme, or color scheme.
  4. No refund for events canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date. For cancellations beyond this timeframe, a partial refund will be determined based on resources expended for customizing the event décor.

4. EQUIPMENT

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor will furnish, at their expense, all tools, machinery, equipment, raw materials, supplies, workwear, and other necessary items for delivering the Services per the Agreement.

5. ADDITIONAL CLAUSES

  1. A 20% non-refundable fee is mandatory to secure the event date, with forfeiture upon cancellation.
  2. All bookings require a card on file.
  3. A $40.00 damage fee applies to any harmed linen, props, carpet, backdrops, chair covers, or rental supplies (throne chair, tables, Chiavari).
  4. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $25.00 is automatically included in the final invoice.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  1. Both Parties agree that no representation, warranty, collateral agreement, or condition affects this Agreement except as explicitly provided herein.
